3. Booking Process and Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation

To book a tour, you must complete the registration process on our website, agree to these Terms and Conditions, and submit payment through one of our approved methods. Once your payment is received, we will send you a booking confirmation email, which serves as your official proof of reservation.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

Pricing and Currency

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Refunds are issued based on the timing of your cancellation:

  • Full refund if canceled within 7 days of booking (provided the departure date is more than 30 days away)
  • Partial refund if canceled more than 30 days before departure (minus administrative fees)
  • No refund if canceled within 7 days of departure or for non-refundable services

Cancellation by Safira Tours

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Health and safety concerns
  • Insufficient group size

In such cases, you will receive either a full refund or a credit voucher for future travel, depending on your preference.

5. Travel Documentation and Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including:

  • A valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity from your return date)
  • Entry visas for your destination(s)
  • Vaccination certificates or health declarations, if required

While we may assist with general visa guidance, we do not guarantee visa approval. Failure to obtain the required documents may result in denied boarding or entry, for which Safira Tours is not liable.

6. Health, Safety, and Insurance

Health Requirements

You must be in good physical and mental health to participate in our tours. Some itineraries may involve walking, hiking, or exposure to varying climates. We recommend consulting your physician before booking if you have any health concerns.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellations or interruptions
  • Emergency medical expenses
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Travel delays or missed connections

Safira Tours is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a lack of insurance coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Service disruptions or delays caused by third parties
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Injuries, accidents, or illnesses during your trip

By booking with us, you agree to release Safira Tours from any liability arising from third-party actions, force majeure events, or your own negligence.

8. Traveler Conduct and Responsibilities

We expect all travelers to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with local laws and customs. This includes:

  • Dressing modestly, especially in religious or culturally sensitive areas
  • Refraining from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
  • Following the instructions of tour leaders and guides

Safira Tours reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior endangers others or violates local regulations.
